Kind Portuguese Girl Helped Me | First Time in Lisbon
🇵🇹 My first experience in Lisbon, Portugal, was unforgettable! I arrived by bus from Valladolid, Spain, after a long 9-hour journey. Tired but excited, I made my way to the Lisbon Metro to catch the red line train to my hotel.
However, I faced a small problem — I didn’t have small euro notes to buy a metro card. Just as I was figuring out what to do, a kind Portuguese girl stepped in. She offered me her own metro card and even gave me 2 euros for the ride.
It was my first time in Portugal, and this random act of kindness touched me deeply. ❤️ She didn’t know me, but still chose to help. It was an experience that made me feel welcome and safe, even in a foreign country.
